Paine Elementary School will begin as a Kindergarten through Fifth Grade (K-5) campus on July 1, 2016. The school will have Dr. J. Tygar Evans as its principal leading 72 certified teachers along with 22 classified employees.

We will begin the 2017-2018 with approximately 1050 students K - 5. Our Leadership Team consists of the following teachers: Buffy Bland, Angie Seeley, Holly Howard, Nancy Camera, Kim Dahlke, Amanda Hatcher and Courtney Harper. The Leadership Team works on the concept of "teaching and learning" for our school. Our School Improvement Team consists of: Donna Walker, Lynne Wainwright, Shayna Swann, Amy Kuhn, Kim Felts, Dee Deed Brasher, Brian Cocke and Candice Holley. The School Improvement Team works on our day-to-day procedures for improvements. We are fortunate to have superior teachers who give of their time to improve our school.

Our goals for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year are as follows: *Keep students safe and secure at all times, *Teach the standards, *Use common assessments to move students toward mastering the standards, *Teachers will collaborate for student higher achievement, *Teach "Bell-to-Bell" for every lesson on every day, *Display "Learning Targets" for every lesson on every day.
